Sabrina deSouza first started using the i2 software in 1996 when she worked as an intelligence analyst with the (then) Australian Customs Service, in Darwin and became a super user of the Link Notebook and Analyst's Notebook software.

After leaving Customs in December 2004, she joined Visual Analysis in January 2005 in Canberra where she became the principal trainer and senior consultant. With VA, she was responsible for developing and delivering the customised and commercialised VA training packages for Analyst's Notebook, iBase, iBridge, Analyst's Workstation (Data Miner), TextChart and Pattern Tracer.

Because of Sabrina's qualifications and experience, she was sought after by clients to build iBase databases and iBridge configurations and designing and implementing automated data cleansing solutions using iBase.

Sabrina left Visual Analysis in March 2015 and currently works part-time as an Investigative Analyst with Echo Entertainment (The Star, Sydney; Jupiter's, Gold Coast; Treasury Brisbane). She created the business Q3i2 in September 2015 to allow her to assist clients using IBM i2 software and help them in identifying targets of interest.

Sabrina also self-published her first Sci-Fantasy book: The Catarbie Conspiracy. Book 1 of the Houkura series. This is available in paperback via her Houkura website and other major distributors as well as eBook format in most major eBook stores.
